this might be the most important week of the season.

tuesday vs walpole: huge rematch. we need this win. it would prove to us that we can beat anybody and that we really are a very good team. plus, it would help us out greatly in our conference record to get that win.

wednesday vs newton north: the first rivalry game this year. anything can happen in these games. last year they beat us to give us our 10th loss, or the loss that pushed us to the brink of tournament elimination. and they were not a good team. it was the game where henry got a concussion and was then out for the rest of the year. it was the game where i got hit in the eye and was then out for the rest of the year. newton is not a pushover this year. a win here is crucial. we cant let this one get away on our home field. im pitching, and i need to step up my performance if we are to have any success at all.

thursday vs. weymouth: probably the worst team we face this week. but it wont be easy. itll be our 3rd game in 3 days, a tiriing stretch. aidan is going to have to pitch the way everyone knows he can, not the way he has been pitching. especially because our bullpen is possibly going to be fairly shallow after back to back games against good opponents. it should be a win, but we cannot let up in this game.

all in all, it is looking like we can absolutely come out of this week with 3 more wins under our belt, but it will be tough to get.

Headache

Arrrrgggggghhhhhh i have a bad headache and it isnt really going away. That means its time to take a nice long bath. Ahhh :)

this team is very good at baseball.

it was a good, grind-it-out win today, and we had excellent relief pitching to win 2-1.

i really cant wait until i startpicthing the way i know i can. even with a weak performance by me today, i still gave up only 1 earned run in 7 innings. when everything finally clicks, its going to be fun.

im really starting to get sad that ashley is going to be away over april break. we could have had so much fun! but oh well. she is going to have an amazing time in spain and while i will miss her so much, i know she’ll be happy.
